Oca giuliva B&B demands from the clients behaviors not only decided by the laws, but especially decided according to consciousness and reciprocal respect.

Guests are asked, upon arrival, to show an identity card for filling out form Ps (data processing obligations of the rules of law n. 675 of 31/12/96).
Being a small family run bed and breakfast, there is no reception service available 24 hours a day like the hotels, so every customer is required to communicate by telephone to the owner of the structure, the estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Go to without having notified about your time of arrival, can cause long waits. This mistake cannot be cause for complaint or refund.
Guests are not allowed to access other people inside the bed and breakfast at any time, for reasons of public security.
Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the premises.
Pets are allowed as long as they are supervised by the owners; It is forbidden to leave animals unattended inside the structure.
In accordance with the rules of the municipal police is required to observe the silence in the time slot from 22.00 p.m. to 08.00.
any damage caused within Oca Giuliva B&B from customers will be charged and immediately paid upon checkout.

Inquiries and reservations can be made using a form from the web site www.ocagiuliva.it, by phone at 05861881220. After verification of the availability of the requested period will be sent/notified of the confirmation of availability; if the proposal is accepted by the client you can proceed with your booking. The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of receipt of payment

(by credit card, the total amount of the reservation booking and charge the day of arrival at theB&B)

(by bank transfer, deposit 50% of the booking after sending the email receipt amministrazione@ocagiuliva.it , the balance must be made within 7 days before arrival at B&B afterwards send receipt email amministrazione@ocagiuliva.it

RATES

our rates (for night and for room) are including: heating/air conditioning use of services and rooms and bathrooms accessories.
rates include: overnight and breakfast, linen change twice per week, daily cleaning and tourist tax if applied by the town of Riparbella (Pisa) according to Law Decree 292/bis art. 4.
not included: transfers to and from airports and anything not specifically mentioned.
the balance of the total amount must be made prior to arrival by credit card, by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed by Convention.
we do not accept checks.
Accomodation for children up to two years of age, who do not get a bed, is free.
Wanting to make use of an extra bed x 1 person the cost is 15.00 euro for night and 10.00 euro for breakfast.

Cancellation policy and payment

If the customer decides to cancel a booking for which he has already paid in advance, must notify via email or telephone. In such cases, we will apply the following penalties:

for cancellations received during the period between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, the full deposit will be returned or cancelled any booking with credit cards.
for cancellations received during the period between 15 and 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged for cancellations received in the period of 7 days and until the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation.
in the event of a no show at the bed and breakfast (no show), 100% of the total reservation will be charged in case of early departure the customer .
for cancellations of discounted reservations or on offer, received within the 60 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation will be retained
date of check-out of your stay, you will be charged 100% of the reservation total
if you pay by bank transfer, and required to weld your reservation 7 days prior to arrival.

Arrival (check-in):

rooms will be available until 16.00 and 20.00 hours.
It is always possible to leave your luggage in case of arrival before 12:00.
Please kindly notify us in case of late arrival (after 19:00).

Departure (check-out):

rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on day of departure.
You can still leave your luggage inside the B&B until you leave.

Privacy

With reference to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (personal data protection code) Oca Giuliva Bed&Breakfast, based in Riparbella Pisa 56046 street 68 number 20, carries out the treatment of the personal data you have provided, exclusively for the execution of contractual or legal obligations arising from the business relationship between us, therefore we do not handle sensitive or judicial data.
